UPDATE: Crossroads Pavilion Board Approves Candidate

Sheldon, Iowa — The Crossroads Pavilion is one step away from hiring an employee to fill the newly-created Assistant General Manager position at the facility.

The selection of the employee for this post was consisted of four steps. The first step was to accept applications for the position. Then the process moved on to Step #2, in which preliminary interviews were conducted by a Search Committee. The Search Committee narrowed the field from three to one applicant. Step #3 took place Thursday night, when the Crossroads Pavilion Board approved the applicant that had been approved by the Search Committee.

All that remains is Step #4, which will take place this coming Wednesday, June 6th at the Sheldon City Council’s regular meeting, when the Crossroads Pavilion Board will ask the Council to approve the Pavilion’s Board’s selection to fill the Assistant General Manager postion at the Crossroads Pavilon event center.

Sheldon, Iowa – The Sheldon Crossroads Pavilion Board will meet in special session this Thursday, May 31st, 2018, in the Sherwood Boardroom at the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center at 6:00 pm.

After accepting public comments, the Board will enter into Closed Session in order to review candidate applications for the position of Assistant General Manager for the Crossroads Pavilion. Following the closed session, the board will reconvene into Open Session and take action if possible.

The Special Session meeting of the Sheldon Crossroads Pavilion will be meeting at 6:00 pm in the Sherwood Boardroom at the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center.
