Des Moines Woman Arrested On Drug Charges After Traffic Stop Near Granville

Granville, Iowa — A Des Moines woman was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop near Granville on Wednesday.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that in the 8 PM hour, they arrested arrested 25-year-old Kenzie Callies of Des Moines as a result of a traffic stop that occurred at the intersection 460th Street and Log Avenue, three miles west of Granville.

During the stop, an investigation led to the arrest of Callies for possession of a controlled substance and operating while intoxicated‐drugged, both serious misdemeanors.
