According to the Iowa State Patrol, the vehicle driven by 24-year-old Derrick Austin Rensink of Primghar was westbound on County Road B40 about two miles west of Primghar. The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office, Paullina Police, and Primghar Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene.
Funeral arrangements for Rensink are with the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center.
