"Fall Back" — Remember To Set Manual Clocks BACK One Hour Saturday Night
Date posted - November 2, 2013
That’s all going to change tonight (Saturday, November 2nd). Daylight Saving Time is over for 2013, and it’s time for us to “fall back” to standard time.
Brett Kuhn, a behavioral sleep medicine specialist in Omaha/Council Bluffs, says it will take the body some time to adjust, but the transition in the fall is usually easier than the one in spring when we have to get used to getting up what seems like “earlier” for a few days.
Again, don’t forget to set your clocks BACK one hour tonight before you go to bed. That is, unless the clock, watch, computer, or cell phone sets itself automatically. Then setting it back would be the wrong thing to do.
