February Follies Is Saturday In Sibley

sibleySibley, Iowa — If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, head over to February Follies, which will be taking place Saturday in Sibley.

Sheryl Peters of the Sibley Chamber of Commerce tells us that this week’s blizzard has caused a few changes to the February Follies line-up, but there will still be plenty to do.

She says there will also be a “Bible Bowl” competition beginning at 10 Saturday morning at the American Legion Hall in Sibley.

Peters say that, at mid-day, from 11 to 1, you can sample various varieties of chili during the February Follies Chili Bowl.

She says there are various other activities scheduled, as well, including a 500 Tournament starting at 1:00 Saturday afternoon.

Peters tells us other activities will include a wine tasting and chocolate tasting at A Porch On Main downtown, and a Poker Walk from business to business in downtown Sibley.

Much of the proceeds from Saturday’s February Follies in Sibley will go to support both the Swimming Pool Project, and the Osceola Rec Trails Project.
