Sheldon, Iowa — Spring is here, and with it comes Sheldon’s annual City-Wide Cleanup Days,the one time a year when the City of Sheldon, for a nominal fee, will come around and haul away the stuff you no longer want. The flags for this springs City-Wide Cleanup Days are now available at the City Offices.
City Manager Sean Hutchison tells us about the cost involved in obtaining a flag for Cleanup Days.
Hutchison says there are some things the City WON’T pick up, like tires.
He says the deadline for purchasing your flags depends upon where in Sheldon you reside.
Hutchison tells us when City crews will be around to pick up residents’ unwanted items.
Remember, the flags required to participate in Sheldon’s spring City-Wide Cleanup Days Are availbale now at the Sheldon City Office in downtown Sheldon.
