George Man Faces Felony Drug Charges In Buena Vista County

Storm Lake, Iowa — A George man has been charged with a felony drug offense in Buena Vista County.

The Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Office reports that 20-year-old Cody Joseph Boger of George was arrested last week and charged with Delivery of Controlled Substance, a Class D Felony. His bond was set at $5000.

Boger’s arrest was among ten drug arrests in the last month in Buena Vista County. The others arrested were not from the four-county (Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola, Sioux) area.

Sheriff Gary Launderville says all those arrested were processed at the Buena Vista County Jail. Additional arrests are anticipated as the investigation continues.

These arrests are in addition to 10 arrests made prior to June 21st.
