George, Iowa — A video featuring a 3-year old George boy will appear on the television program, America’s Funniest Videos this weekend.
Kade Mitchell is the son of Matt and Sherry Mitchell of George. We talked to his dad, Matt, and asked how Kade’s video came to the attention of America’s Funniest Videos.
Mitchell describes the video that will be shown on Sunday night’s TV show.
He says he first learned that Kade’s video had been selected when he received a call from the show’s producers.
Three-year-old Kade Mitchell is one of a set of triplets, and his dad says he was the smallest of the three, at birth.
The Mitchell family is made up of parents Matt and Sherry, along with 8-year old Kirra, and the 3-year old Triplets Kade, Mason and Sydney.
The America’s Funniest Videos episode with Kade’s video will air this Sunday night at 7:00 on ABC.
