Hartley Teen Charged With Drug Possession, OWI In Hull

Hull, Iowa — A Hartley teen has been charged with drug charges after a traffic stop in Hull.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday (7/10) at 11:45 PM, they charged a 16-year-old boy from Hartley.
The charges stemmed from a traffic stop that occurred on Main Street in Hull. During the traffic stop the deputy found that the juvenile was driving while under the influence of a controlled substance and also had a controlled substance in his possession.
Operating a vehicle while intoxicated-drugged and possession of a controlled substance are both serious misdemeanors. The juvenile was cited into Juvenile Court and released to his parents.
