Hawarden Woman Injured In Tuesday Accident

Law Enforcement Lightbar redHawarden, Iowa — A Hawarden woman was injured in an accident on Tuesday (November 5)

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that about 5 PM, 23-year-old Maria Jaime of Hawarden was driving a 2002 Dodge Ram pickup eastbound on 390th Street, four miles north of Hawarden, when she lost control.

The pickup entered the south ditch and rolled.

Jaime was transported to the Hawarden hospital by private vehicle.

The pickup sustained about $7,000 in damages.

Jaime was cited for Failure To Maintain Control .
