Maurice, Iowa — The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of an air compressor from a vehicle parked along Highway 75, north of Maurice, that was reported Saturday afternoon.
According to authorities, a disabled red 1990 Chevrolet S-10 pickup was parked along Highway 75 when someone reportedly stole a 20-gallon Powermate VX air compressor from the bed of the pickup.
Authorities say the theft happened some time between 8:00 Friday evening and 2:00 Saturday afternoon.
