Iowa State Patrol Investigates Injury Accident Near Sioux Center On Tuesday

ISPshieldSioux Center, Iowa — The Iowa State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle rollover accident with injuries on Tuesday, September 24 near Sioux Center.

Only preliminary information is available about the accident. The Iowa State Patrol reports that about 5:00 PM, 45-year-old Gary DeJager of Rock Valley was northbound on Highway 75, a mile north of Sioux Center in a 2007 Ford pickup.

He turned left onto B-30, but lost control of the pickup and it rolled after it entered the south ditch.

The preliminary report doesn’t say if it was DeJager or a passenger who was injured in the accident and also does not say whether the injured person was taken to a hospital.

We hope to have more information when it becomes available.
