Sheldon, Iowa — 2016 marks KIWA Radio’s 55th Anniversary, and as part of our celebration we’ve been giving our listeners a chance to win cash.
The KIWA 55th Anniversary Hi-Lo contest had callers guess a number between 105 and 1550, and whoever managed to guess the right number took home a check for $155.
This week’s contest ended Thursday morning, when Myron Klein of Sheldon guessed the correct number, 446, during the KIWA Morning Show with Wayne and Aaron. Here’s what it sounded like.
Myron picked up his check Thursday afternoon, and said that he’d been trying to get through ever since Week 1.
He says he doesn’t have any immediate plans for the cash, but assured us he will spend it wisely.
This was the 3rd and final week of the 55th Anniversary Hi-Lo game, so Myron joins our Week #1 winner, Alice Stapenhorst of Sheldon, and Week #2 winner, Robin Jungers of Boyden, each of whom pocketed $155 for picking the correct number.
