Northwest Iowa — Trooper Vince Kurtz of the Iowa State Patrol has just released the latest in his series of traffic safety videos, titled “Windshield Time”.
The latest video covers a topic that everyone who has been driving for any length of time has experienced. Trooper Kurtz tells us more.
Kurtz explains the reason for the topic of this particular “Windshield Time” video.
He briefly explains the procedure for steering back onto the roadway once your right side tires have gotten on the road’s shoulder.
The Trooper says the video not only demonstrates the right way to get back onto the roadway, but also contains dramatic footage of what can happen when it’s done the wrong way.
