Sheldon, Iowa — As part of KIWA’s 55th Anniversary Celebration we’ve been playing various on-air games with our listeners.
Last week we played the “Song-Of-The-Day” game. Each day, Monday through Friday, each time the song of the day was played we took the 5th caller, and entered them in a drawing for a two-night stay at Village West Resort at Okoboji, with a retail value of $400.
On the KIWA Morning Show with Wayne and Aaron Monday morning (October 17th), we drew for the winner of that two-night stay. Here’s what it sounded like.
Congratulations to Melissa Laubach of Sheldon for being our “Song Of The Day” champion for last week. Laubach stopped at the KIWA Studios late Monday morning to accept her prize, and we asked her if she had plans in mind for using the 2-night stay at Village West.

This week’s game is another round of the KIWA Hi-Lo game. We’ve played this game several times in the past few weeks, and all you have to do to win is be the correct caller when we ask for callers, then correctly identify the Hi-Lo number. Whoever guesses the correct number, between 105 and 1550, will win a $555 gift certificate from Northwest Decor and Furniture in Sheldon. Good luck.
