Little Rock Grocery Store Burglarized, Three Northwest Iowa Men In Custody

lyonsheriffLittle Rock, Iowa — Three northwest Iowa men are behind bars in connection with a burglary that took place at the Little Rock grocery store on Thursday (12/20).

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports that about 4:35 AM, deputies from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office and Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary at the Little Rock Community Foods Store at 316 Main Street in Little Rock. Three individuals were arrested in the incident.

Charged with Third Degree Burglary/Joint Criminal Conduct and Second Degree Criminal Mischief/Joint Criminal Conduct, both Class D Felonies, were 18-year-old Thomas Schuck of Little Rock; and 18-year-old EJ Medina, and 21-year-old Louis Napple, both of Hawarden.

Napple is also charged with False Report to a Public Safety Employee, a Serious Misdemeanor.

Medina and Napple are being held at the Lyon County Jail, each on a $5,000 bond.

Schuck is being held in the Lyon County Jail on $10,000 bond.

Their next court date is on December 28, 2012.
