Northwest Iowa — Once we finish digging out from this weekend’s blizzard, we can finally prepare for spring, right? Well, no.
Jeff Chapman from the National Weather Service Office in Sioux Falls, says there’s another area of wintry weather taking aim at our area.
We asked Chapman what is responsible for this latest forecast of wintry weather.
He says that, once we get through the next storm, we may not be out of the woods yet.
Chapman says he fears we’ll just skip spring this year.
One is reminded of the old addage, “This is Iowa, if you don’t like the weather just wait five minutes and it’ll change.”
