Comments on: O’Brien County Burning Ban Lifted

I never read that Osceola County had joined the ban until reading it now. I had searched for the info. The only reason I had for not burning brush was I did not feel safe doing it even with the water turned on and ready to use that if needed.

When the ban is lifted on the other three counties, I hope it is posted here, because the Iowa State Fire Marshall hasn’t yet changed the status on their website. Many people have had to delay brush clean-up and other projects because of the dry weather, and would like to catch up before the snow flies.
