O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Four On Drug Paraphernalia Charges

O'Brien Sheriff 71-6Primghar, Iowa — Four northwest Iowans have been arrested on drug charges after a search in Primghar.

The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office reports they arrested the four on Tuesday (8/20/13) night. Deputies arrested 24-year-old Elizabeth Heiller of Sheldon, 29-year-old Troy Krause of Primghar, 19-year-old Allyson Niichel of Primghar and 18-year-old Jordan Wichers of Rock Valley. They were charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.

Deputies say they found drug paraphernalia in a search of a home at 260 Third Street in Primghar.

All four were transported to the O’Brien County Jail and released the following morning after all pled guilty before the County Magistrate.

Each person was fined $100 plus court costs.
