Ocheyedan Man Arrested On Clay County Assault Warrant

Osceola Sheriff Car 72-2Ocheyedan, Iowa — An Ocheyedan man was arrested recently in connection with an incident that happened near Spencer in October.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office reports that the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old James Douglas Radunz of Ocheyedan on Tuesday, December 17th.

Radunz was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault, Criminal Trespassing, and Criminal Mischief after an incident on October 30th, 2013. On that day, Clay County Deputies responded to a disturbance in rural Spencer. Upon investigation deputies determined that Radunz had allegedly broken property, and forced his way into the home causing the resident to fear for her safety. A warrant was issued for Radunz’s arrest.

After the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested Radunz on December 17th on the Clay County Warrant, he was transported to the Clay County Jail.
