Orange City Christian School Construction Project Going Well

Orange City, Iowa — A Christian school in Orange City is undergoing some construction to expand and update their facility.

Orange City Christian School Principal Jason Alons gives us a construction update.

The funding for the $1.75 million addition is mostly in, says Alons, with about $1.5 million in cash and pledges.

He tells us that while rain has slowed the progress somewhat, the plan “Lord willing,” is to have the old music room ready to go by the time school starts in the fall, while the new music room is hoped to be available for use by around October, with the new classrooms and restrooms ready for occupancy by Christmas break.
