Orange City Man Arrested For Supplying Alcohol For Underage Party

Orange City, Iowa — An Orange City man has been arrested after authorities say he provided alcohol for a party broken up by the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 13.

The Sheriff’s office reports that they arrested 29-year-old Anthony Mulder of Orange City in connection with the underage party, which occured on a place on 500th Street, five miles southeast of Alton.

Mulder was charged on Sunday, July 15, with Supplying Alcohol to a Minor, a serious
misdemeanor.

On Tuesday, July 17, the sheriff’s office also charged a 17-year-old juvenile from Moville with Trespassing and Contributing to the Delinquency of Minors, both simple misdemeanors.

Upon further investigation, the sheriff’s office found there was $1,800 damage done to the property from those at the party.

The sheriff’s office is still investigating the incident.
