Pair From Chicago Busted With Controlled Substance After Speeding in Osceola County

Harris, Iowa — Two Chicago, Illinois natives are behind bars after a traffic stop leads to their arrest on drug and paraphernalia charges.
26-year-old Monyetta Aquilla Hiley and 24-year-old Rosland Latrice Johnson were stopped for speeding around 2:00 AM Friday morning west of Harris. Upon further investigation, the pair were arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance (Serious Misdemeanor) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Simple Misdemeanor).
Hiley and Johnson were held in the Osceola County jail on a $1,300 cash bond. Hiley was also cited for speeding.
