Police and Ambulance Team Take Victory In Heroes Behind The Badges Blood Drive, 2013
Date posted - February 19, 2013
We talked with Ken Ver Steeg of the Community Blood Bank, who says he was happy with the results.
He says a lot of people showed up to give blood, and he says that was somewhat surprising.
Last year, the Fire Department and EMA team beat the Police and SCAT team with 59 to 58, for a close finish. Last year’s total number of donations was the highest ever for the event.
