President Of NCC Says Bonds Would Be Used To Bring NCC Up To Standards

Northwest Iowa voters will be going to the polls on Tuesday, February 7 to decide the fate of a $13.4 million bond issue for Northwest Iowa Community College.

Stubbe says all the upgrades are needed to bring the college up to standards.
