Primghar Pair Face Burglary, Drug Charges

O'Brien Sheriff 71-6Primghar, Iowa — Two Primghar residents have been arrested and charged in connection with a burglary case.

The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office received a report on New Year’s Day of a burglary that had occurred at Legends Pub in Primghar. An undisclosed amount of money was reported stolen.

Following an investigation, O’Brien County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 31-year-old Nolan Lee Harms and 32-year-old Nicole Renee Harms, both of Primghar.

A search warrant was served at their home in Primghar where money, drugs and other evidence of the burglary was seized.

They were booked into the O’Brien County Jail on January 2, 2014. Both were charged with Burglary, a Class D felony and possession of Methamphetamines, Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

They are currently in the O’Brien County Jail, each on a $5,000 bond.
