Primghar Residents Arrested On Drug Charges Near Archer Early Monday

Archer, Iowa — Two Primghar residents were arrested early on Monday (10/29) near Archer on drug and other charges.
According to arrest records, the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Richard Hopcroft and 46-year-old Macheal Koenck, both of Primghar. The arrest happened at B40 and Pierce Avenue, about 2 miles southeast of Archer.
Hopcroft was charged with Second Offense Operating While Intoxicated/Drugged and Driving Under Suspension. Koenck was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Deliver. She was also charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Thomas was released on bail on Monday morning.
