Rock Island Clean Line Wind Energy Power Line Route Changed

The Rock Island Clean Line Energy direct current wind power line route had to be changed, says O’Brien County Economic Development Director Kiana Johnson.
She tells us about the new route:

Not only will they be avoiding MidAmerican’s Highland wind farm, but the new route also avoids another area.
