Rock Rapids, Iowa — It’s an annual event in Rock Rapids. The annual Heritage Days festival is this weekend and it features car races, a burnout contest, cow patty bingo, and more.
We talked with Rock Rapids Chamber Director Angie Jager. She highlights some of the activities for us.
She says unlike in years past, the River Valley Players Revue is Friday night ONLY. Jager highlights a few Saturday activities for us.
To round out the weekend, she says there will be an outdoor community church service on Sunday at 10:30 in Island Park and for the second year, there will be a soapbox derby on South Carroll Street.
