Sanborn Man Arrested, Charged With Delivering Meth

crystal meth iceSanborn, Iowa — A Sanborn man has been arrested on felony drug charges after authorities picked him up on a warrant and searched his home.

The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa Great Lakes Task Force have just now reported that on Monday afternoon, September 23rd, O’Brien County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 23-year-old Tyler Jacob Schons at his home in Sanborn.

Schons was arrested on an O’Brien County Arrest Warrant on two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine, a class “C” Felony.

A search warrant was later obtained and served at Schons’ apartment and he was later charged with Possession of Drug paraphernalia.

The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Sanborn Police Department.

At last report, Schons was being held at the O’Brien County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
