Sanborn Woman $10,000 Richer After Winning Lottery Prize

Sanborn, Iowa — A Sanborn woman is $10,000 richer after she won a $10,000 lottery prize.

Tiffany Schimmer of Sanborn claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery’s regional office in Storm Lake. She purchased her winning Mega Millions® ticket at Dyno’s in Sanborn.

The winning numbers in Friday’s $32 million Mega Millions jackpot drawing were: 4-18-22-38-44 and Mega Ball 24. The Megaplier® number that night was 3.

Schimmer matched four white balls and the Mega Ball to win a $10,000 prize. Had she added the Megaplier to her ticket, she would have multiplied her win to $ 30,000.

There was one jackpot winner in Friday’s drawing in New York. The estimated jackpot for Tuesday’s drawing is $12 million.
