SCAT and EMA Report Recruitment Fair Big Success

Date posted - February 19, 2013

Sheldon EMA CDSheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Community Ambulance Team (SCAT) and Sheldon EMA hosted a recruitment fair Monday evening at the Sheldon Emergency Services Complex and according to EMA Director Walt Pruiksma this first fair was a big success.

He says that not only were a good number of applications filled out but the event gave both SCAT and EMA an opportunity to show the public what each of their responsibilities are and how they perform them.

Anyone that was unable to attend the Monday night recruitment fair can pick up an emergency services application at the Sheldon City Offices.
