School Board To Hold Annual Meeting Monday

Sheldon High SchoolSheldon, Iowa — The Board of Education of the Sheldon Community School District will hold their Annual Meeting Monday night (October 10th) at 6:00 in the high school library.

Their agenda will feature a laundry list of annual business, including the election of Board President and Vice President for the upcoming school year, as well as setting the dates and times for the regular monthly board meetings for the next year.

In other action, the Board will take up a trio of open enrollment applications, consider some salary lane adjustments, name the official District publications for the next year, and appoint the District’s legal counsel. ┬áThe Board will also name board representatives to various boards and foundations, and take up a student discipline recommendation.

Monday’s Annual Meeting will begin at 6:00 pm in the Sheldon High School Library.
