What I found when attempting to defer sidewalks, the people who went privately to the councilmen had a better chance of being heard at the meeting. I didn’t, and my concerns were ignored. However, if it follows the sidewalk trend, maybe only some will have to contribute to the cause. You can only hope!

They better show up and say something at the public hearings.
And if this passes and the business owner is against it and refuses to pay their assessment, their property taxes will go to a tax sale and in a few years someone else will own their shop.
