The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office reports that about 6:50 PM on Saturday evening, July 30, 2016, they received a 911 call of a report of a 4-wheeler accident at the farm located at 3066 McKinley Avenue.

The reporting party advised that two people were injured. The Sheldon Fire and Rescue units, Sheldon Ambulance, and officers with the Iowa State Patrol and the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office were all dispatched to the scene.

When they got there, emergency personal were directed to an area surrounding a pond on the back side of the property. Witnesses at the scene say they saw two people riding together on a 4-wheeler on a gravel road surrounding the pond.
