Sioux Center Man Arrested In Connection With Rural Sioux Center Burglary

Sioux Center, Iowa — A Sioux Center man has been arrested in connection with a burglary that was reported last week.

Hand Cuffs sxcThe Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday, April 23, their deputies arrested 36-year-old Jonathan Wood of Sioux Center in connection with an investigation of a residential burglary that was reported on Friday, April 18.

Wood faces burglary and theft charges. We told you about the break-in in earlier newscasts here on KIWA. It occurred at a residence on 410th Street, four miles west of Sioux Center. Deputies had discovered that someone entered the home and stole personal property.

The sheriff’s office was assisted by the Orange City Police Department, Sioux Center Police Department and the Iowa State Patrol.
