Hull, Iowa — A Sioux Center teen faces a laundry list of charges after ending up in the ditch on Highway 75.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that 18-year-old Amilcar Mendez‐Niz of Sioux Center had been driving a 2002 Toyota Highlander southbound on Highway 75, about four miles north of the city limits of Sioux Center, when he lost control of the vehicle, which entered the east ditch. No injuries were reported, and the Sheriff’s office says the Toyota was not damaged.
