Sioux County Sheriff’s Office Looking For Information About Rural Boyden Burglary

crime scene tape over lightbarBoyden, Iowa — The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the public’s help to find information about a burglary near Boyden.

Just before 5 PM on Saturday (5/18), the Sioux County Sheriff’s investigated a report of a burglary that occurred at a farm building two miles southeast of Boyden.

Upon further investigation, deputies determined that the burglary took place sometime between Wednesday, May 1, at 5:00 PM; and Wednesday, May 15, at 6:30 PM.

Items taken include a 50-foot black extension cord with yellow ends valued at $60 and a gray Craftsman brand tool box that contained several Craftsman tools valued at about $600.
