Sioux Falls Man Seeks Medical Treatment After Accident Near Rock Valley

siouxsheriff_dinky2Rock Valley, Iowa — A Sioux Falls man was injured in an accident on Friday.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that about 7:25 AM, 55-year-old Harvey Teunissen of Sioux Falls was driving a 1995 Ford Escort southbound on Highway 18, about seven miles west of Rock Valley.

Teunissen entered a curve where Highway 18 turns east when he lost control of the vehicle, entered the north ditch and struck a creek embankment.

Teunissen sought medical treatment on his own.

The Ford sustained approximately $3,500 in damages.
