Drug paraphernalia and a small quantity of marijuana were seized from Coates’ apartment. A subsequent search at Samantha Ann Dowd’s residence — another apartment at the same address — resulted in more paraphernalia being seized and a substantial quantity of marijuana.
Six people were arrested on drug charges.

Additionally, Coates was charged with Supplying Alcohol to minors, a simple misdemeanor; and OWI charges against Bobbi Jo Collins are pending.
