SUV and Semi Truck Collide North Of Hull

Hull, Iowa — A Sioux Falls, South Dakota man’s SUV was damaged when it crossed in to the path of semi-tractor with trailer three miles northwest of Hull Monday afternoon.
43-year-old Sanjeev Angal of Sioux Falls, SD was driving a 2007 Hyundai Tucson eastbound on 310th St. heading to the intersection with Highway 75. Angal stopped at the stop sign, then proceeded southbound on Highway 75 and in to the path of an oncoming semi tractor pulling a grain trailer. The semi, driven by 33-year-old Luke Dagel of Sheldon, sustained around $2000 damage with $5000 damage to Angal’s Hyundai.
Angal was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign and no injuries were recorded.
