GREAT I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE CASE AND TONY WAS SET UP BY THE SHELDON POLICE AN SHERIFF OF OBRIEN CTY . I NEW HE HAD APPLIED FOR A FFL LICENSE BEFORE HE STARTED HANDLING GUNS AND WAS TOLD HE DIDNT NEED ONE. THE ATF SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS YOU CANT TEL SOMEONE THEY DONT NEED A LICENSE AND TURN AROUND AAN ARREST THEM

tony applied for a ffl license in 2006. the atf came an did a personnel history interview and tony told the atf what his plans were. the atf told him he did
not need a ffl license and the atf had a cancelation form the atf filled it out and
had tony cancel his application. also a witness testified he was present and heard the conversation. the case should have been tossed out of court long ago. judge bennet said it was the biggest waste of tax payer money / time /
and should have never come in front of him / it suprised me he didnt throw it
out of court at the sentencing. hopefuly he still does for tony hulstein who
is a innocent man. the prosecutor agreed with judge bennett /
p s i was at the sentencing / i didnt see anyone else at the sentencing.

i think it was the proper decision . i am real familiar with the case he applied for a ffl license in 2006 and one of our agents told him he did not need affl license
a big mistake on the government part
