Two From Chatsworth, One From Alcester Arrested On Drug Charges After Paper Service

The arrests occurred after a sheriff’s deputy went to 315 Second Street in Chatsworth to serve a court document. When the deputy made contact with occupants in the house, he found evidence of possible illegal drug activity. A subsequent search was granted by the residents of the home, which resulted in the discovery of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and prescription medication.
Sheriff’s officials report that 57-year-old Karma Baker of Chatsworth was charged with possession of marijuana, third offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fifty-seven-year-old Edward McMillan also of Chatsworth was arrested on a charge of possession with intent to deliver as well as unlawful possession of prescription medication and possession of drug paraphernalia Fifty-seven-year-old Adrian Hutchinson of Alcester was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by their canine unit and the Hawarden Police Department.
