Two Sheldon Boys Charged With Burglary, Theft

Two Sheldon boys have been formally charged by Sheldon Police for a number of thefts, including the December theft of a snowmobile and trailer from a storage unit.

Sheldon Police identify the boys as 16-year-old Blake Mulder and 15-year-old Trevor Fiddelke, both of Sheldon.

The police allege that one of the incidents occurred on or about December 20th. They report that $500 in cash and a pair of diamond earrings were stolen from a car in the driveway of a home on Ninth Avenue. Mulder and Fiddelke are charged with that crime. The loot was valued at nearly $1000.

The boys are also charged with the theft of a 2010 Polaris RMK snowmobile and a trailer from a locked storage unit in Sheldon. They were valued at over $9000. That incident happened about December 10.

Mulder is charged with Second Degree Theft, Third Degree Burglary, Criminal Mischief, Trespassing, Obstruction of Justice, Aiding & Abetting Burglary in the third debree, and Aiding & Abetting Theft in the third degree. He was cited and released to his mother.

Fiddelke is charged with Third Degree Burglary, Third Degree Theft, Fourth Degree Trespassing, Obstruction of Justice, Aiding & Abetting Theft in the second degree, and Aiding & Abetting Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree. He was cited and released.
