Two Sibley Residents Jailed After Being Charged With Felony Drug Offenses

jail behind barsSibley, Iowa — Two Sibley residents are behind bars on felony drug charges after authorities carried out a search warrant in Sibley on Thursday, (12/13).

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports the Iowa State Patrol assisted their deputies during the search, which was at 708 Third Street in Sibley. Deputies arrested 27-year-old Collette Jay Fredrick and 36-year-old Julius Dean Kracke, both of Sibley.

After the search, both individuals were charged with Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine- With the Intent to Deliver — a Class C Felony; as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance Second Offense – Marijuana, Child Endangerment and Prohibited Acts, all Aggravated Misdemeanors.

Fredrick and Kracke are each being held at the Osceola County Jail on a $16,300 bond.
