Sheldon Emergency Crews Kept Busy Friday Afternoon

About 1:30 Friday afternoon, authorities were called to the intersection of Highway 18 and North 18th Avenue, in front of Fantasia, in Sheldon for a 2-vehicle accident.
Two people were transported to the Sanford Sheldon Medical Center by ambulance following the crash.
The Sheldon Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Sheldon Community Ambulance Team, the Sanborn Ambulance, Sheldon Fire Company, and Sheldon Emergency Management Agency.
Then about 4:45 Friday afternoon, emergency crews were summoned to a car VS motorcycle accident on Highway 18 east, in the vicinity of Taco John’s.
One person was transported to the Sanford Sheldon Medical Center as a result of that crash.
The Sheldon Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Sheldon Community Ambulance Team, Sheldon Fire Company, and Sheldon Emergency Management Agency.
