Village Independence Day Celebration Is Friday

Village logoSheldon, Iowa — Village Northwest Unlimited is expecting as many as 10,000 people to visit the Village grounds this Friday night, July 1st, for the Village’s annual Independence Day Celebration.

VNU Director of Development, Lisa Johnson, says the headline performer for Friday’s celebration will be a familiar face to those who attended last year’s Independence Day Celebration at the Village.

Johnson says there will be activities, including laser tag, for all ages at this year’s event.

She says there will be a variety of food vendors on the Village campus, as well.

Johnson says she wants to invite everyone to join them at the Village Friday night.

The Independence Day Celebration at Village Northwest Unlimited will begin at 5:00 pm, and continue until the end of one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in the area.  This annual event is the Village’s way of saying thank you for the support they receive from throughout the area, all year long.

Bring your family and your lawn chair, and enjoy the festivities, this Friday, July 1st, at Village Northwest Unlimited in Sheldon.
