Sheldon, Iowa — Village Northwest Unlimited in Sheldon was recently awarded a grant from the Shopko Foundation’s Community Charitable Grant.
VNU Director of Development, Ryan Haack, says the Village applied for the grant earlier this year.
Haack says the Shopko Foundation Grant will help make possible a new curriculum at the Village.
He says the Village is extremely grateful to the Shopko Foundation for the grant.
Shopko’s Sheldon Manager, J.L. recently presented the grant check to Haack and VNU CEO Barry Whitsell.
