Much warmer weather is on the horizon, after a seasonably cool but mostly sunny day today.
Highs Friday will vault above normal, with temperatures on Saturday as much as 20 to 30 degrees warmer than normal. The warming will come at the expense of stronger south to southwest wind Friday and Saturday, which will increase the fire danger across the area.
