3A Girls Basketball Teams Get Their Tickets Punched For The State Tournament Feb 16th

basketballNorthwest, Iowa — Three northwest Iowa basketball teams got their State Tournament Tickets punched in 3A action Saturday night. ┬áMOC-Floyd Valley won their Region 1 Final game, Spirit Lake took the Region 2 Crown, and Estherville-Lincoln Central came out on top in Region 3.

Region 1

MOC-Floyd Valley 59, South Central Calhoun 30

 

Region 2

Spirit Lake 51, Garner-Hayfield/Ventura 37

 

Region 3

Estherville-Lincoln Central 62, Nevada 31

 

The 3A Girls State Basketball Tournament opens Tuesday morning, February 26th at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
